Mandatory Documents Required at Time of Admission

Please ensure self-attested copies of the following documents are submitted along with the application form:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or competent authority.
  • 4 recent passport-size photographs of the student and 2 each of mother and father.
  • Proof of residence (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Utility Bill).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous recognized school (Class II onwards).
  • Copy of last year's Report Card / Mark Sheet.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate signed by a registered MBBS physician.
